Driving the SHO to St Louis

I'm headed to Lou Fest in St Louis today at noon! Among the bands there are Outkast, Arctic Monkeys, Matt & Kim, Cherub, Cake and more. I'm very excited! It's about a 7hr drive from here in Michigan. I'm expecting 27mpg over roughly 900 miles, so thats ~33 gallons, let's see how close my guess is!

I'm free to do as I please tonight, then it's the festival till 10pm sat/sun. Anywhere I should go tonight, or Saturday after festival?

I think I'm staying at the Holiday Inn near Forest Park, however, my friend booked the hotel, so I am really not sure, haha. Also the festival is all day Sat and Sun, so i am only really free to do a few things tonight, we have some friends that are meeting up with us to grab dinner and drinks and such.

Have fun with that drive! I did it too many times. Do you go through Indianapolis? St Louis is an awesome place for going out.

No, I go quite a bit west of there on 57. But I won't turn down a refuel like they do in the NFS movie.

Although, on a full tank, I may just make it on one tank.

I've been only once before and it was probably the first year it started.

Just know that St. Louis is hot as the devil's ass crack and humid as hell, so dress lightly! haha

Hey, just wanted to say thanks for the offer! Ended up going elsewhere to a place our friends had already determined for us, haha.

I did see we were very close to that bistro though, like 3 minutes as the car drives.

Maybe next years festival! Loufest definitely warrants a repeat. Outkast was phenomenal, as was Cherub, RAC and Arctic Monkeys. Drove through the night after Outkast and am now at work, it's the worst, haha. My asshole friend slept the whole 7 hours and missed his chance to drive the SHO :P
